You should not worry that a new tree will grow from the root cuttings. At such a depth, they have no growth points. Grinding guarantees that even the most resistant stump will cease to be viable.
We make every effort not to leave the surface roots of the stumps. They will not interfere with you when mowing the grass, and you will not trip over them. The deep roots will decompose themselves over time.
